Cleveland Christmas Connection works hard to maintain the highest quality event standards. We ask that you submit three (3) photographs/slides of your item and one (1) photo of your display along with your product description below.

*Electricity is extra but not required unless needed by the exhibitor

*Exhibitors may hand-carry or use a two-wheeled dolly to transport anything desired to and from their booth at no charge

*Exhibitors delivering his/her exhibit via car, station wagon, regular van or pickup truck after paying a fee to the IX Center, may drive directly to his/her booth location and unload his/her own vehicle. Vehicles not listed above will require a work order at an hourly rate. Contact 216-265-2500 for information and fees.

*Exhibitors may set-up their own booths providing no power tools are used

*Cleveland Christmas Connection, Inc. has the right to accept or reject each application. If an application is not accepted, deposit will be returned. If application is accepted,no monies will be refunded if said exibitor cancels

*Pipe and drape are included in booth rate

*Booth space must be 100 sq ft. minimum. Additional booth space may be ordered in multiples of 50 sq ft (i.e. 150,200,250,300 ect)

* Due date: November 10, 2008 or until filled.
